Alexander Anderson, M.S.,
LPC,
NCC. (Carlisle)
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York College in
York, PA and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from
Shippensburg University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor
and is nationally certified by the National Board of Certified
Counselors. Alex
started with Franklin Family Services in September of 2005 as a TSS.
In December of 2007, he transferred to the “hybrid” position of an
Outpatient Therapist and a BSC/MT. Since May 2010 he has concentrated
all of his focus on Outpatient Therapy. Outside of FFS, Alex
sits on the Strategic Planning Committtee for Children's Aid Society
and previously lead
the “New Dad’s Group” in collaboration with Carlisle Regional Medical
Center. Alex’s clinical areas of interest are in Cognitive Therapy,
gender roles and Human Sexuality, and Family Systems. Alex is
currently accepting Aetna, Highmark,
Capital Blue Cross, Compsych, and CBHNP |
