Jackie Jumper - Coordinator Manager (Carlisle)

Jackie manages our Front End staff in both Carlisle and Chambersburg offices. Along with keeping both offices running smoothly, she also performs many other different duties such as scheduling, answering phones, scheduling intakes for new patients, setting up psychiatric evaluations, etc. Before coming to Franklin Family Services Jackie was in banking as a CSR/Head Teller. Prior to that she was an office manger for a chiropractic office.

Carla Waltz - Front End Staff (Carlisle)

Carla has been with FFS since the Spring of 2011. She was a voice performance major at West Chester University and is currently studying human services at Harrisburg Area Community College. She has been cast in several local theatre productions and enjoys karaoke for laughs.

Barb Hoch - Front End Staff (Chambersburg/Carlisle)

Hi! My name is Barb and I live in Chambersburg PA. I am the proud mother of two and grandmother of two. I have lived in Franklin county  all of my life and my hometown is a little place called Lemasters. I graduated from James Buchanan High School in 1971.  Most of my adult life I worked in a call center first in the credit card business and most recently at the phone company. Now I am enjoying my part time job at Franklin Family Services as a receptionist.
